Program Syllabus & Description

The General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) MoM RI qualification is Indonesia's premier national certification mandated for medium-to-large enterprises or high-risk workplaces. It certifies experts with legal authority to supervise workplace compliance with Occupational Safety Law No. 1 of 1970.

Legal Authority & Credentials

Successful candidates receive an official Decree of Appointment (SKP Ahli K3 Umum) and Authority License Card issued directly by the Directorate General of Labor Inspection and OHS (Ditjen Binwasnaker & K3) of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.

12-Day Comprehensive Curriculum

• National OHS Policy & Law No. 1/1970: Legal fundamentals of occupational safety and P2K3 (Workplace Safety & Health Committee) institutional governance.
• Mechanical Safety, Steam Boilers & Pressure Vessels: Boilers, compressors, storage tanks, and pressurized piping systems.
• Building Construction Safety, Electrical Safety & Fire Protection: Lightning protection systems, electrical power installations, and industrial fire hydrant systems.
• Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene: Ergonomics, industrial toxicology, chemical exposure monitoring, and periodic employee medical surveillance (MCU).
• OHS Management System (SMK3 - Govt Reg No. 50/2012): Internal auditing, SMK3 manual drafting, and continual improvement cycles.
• Field Practical Study (PKL) & Seminar: Direct industrial inspection in manufacturing/construction facilities, field audit report formulation, and technical defense before labor inspectors.
