Program Syllabus & Description

The SMK3 Auditor MoM RI qualification program trains competent and objective internal auditors to assess the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on Indonesian Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012.

Course Scope

  • Principles and interpretation of the 64, 122, and 166 SMK3 audit criteria based on company size and risk classification.
  • Audit sampling techniques, objective evidence verification interviews, and physical facility walk-through inspections.
  • Formulating Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and categorizing findings into major, minor, or critical classifications.
  • Compiling comprehensive SMK3 audit reports for Golden/Silver Flag certification application with the Ministry of Manpower.
