The Occupational Ergonomics professional development and certification program is officially organized by PT HSE Swadaya Indonesia to equip personnel with accredited safety competency and regulatory compliance.

Program Syllabus & Description

The In-House Industrial & Office Ergonomics Training & Assessment program aims to reduce occupational illness rates, specifically work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs, Low Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and chronic muscle fatigue).

Syllabus & Field Assessment

  • Body biomechanics fundamentals and manual material handling limits based on NIOSH standards.
  • Rapid posture assessment methodologies using REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) and RULA.
  • Ergonomic workstation engineering design (desk heights, ergonomic chairs, monitor angles, task lighting).
  • Periodic workplace stretching routines supervised by Occupational Medicine Specialists (Sp.Ok) from HSE Medika.
