Program Syllabus & Description

The Forklift Operator (Class I & Class II) BNSP competency certification ensures operators possess safe driving skills, load capacity chart comprehension, and operational hazard awareness in warehousing and industrial manufacturing environments.

Theory & Practical Modules

  • Daily pre-operational equipment inspection (Daily Pre-use Checklist).
  • Forklift stability principles, Center of Gravity dynamics, and Load Capacity Charts.
  • Maneuvering techniques in narrow aisles, high-bay pallet racking, and ramp incline/decline navigation.
  • Safe parking protocols, battery charging / LPG cylinder replacement safety, and collision emergency procedures.
