Program Syllabus & Description

The Water Pollution Control Manager (PAA) BNSP certification provides verified competency qualifications for industrial personnel in managing industrial wastewater to comply with government environmental quality standards and avoid environmental legal liabilities.

Competency Units

  • Industrial wastewater quality standards and regulations (Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 and Ministry of Environment & Forestry regulations).
  • Operation of physical, chemical, and biological Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP / IPAL).
  • Wastewater sampling, monitoring parameters for flow rate, pH, COD, BOD, TSS, and heavy metals.
  • Compilation of periodic WWTP performance reports for Environmental Agency (DLH) regulatory submission.
