The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operational Supervisor (POPAL) BNSP certification equips technicians and operational supervisors with practical competencies in operating and optimizing industrial wastewater treatment plant (WWTP / IPAL) systems.
Practical Competencies
- Operation of pumping systems, coagulation, flocculation, aeration, sedimentation, and sludge dewatering filtration.
- Preventive maintenance of pH sensors, DO meters, flow meters, and chemical dosing pumps.
- Troubleshooting operational WWTP upsets during peak organic and hydraulic shock loads.
